Acrostic Poem by Edgar Hucker dedicated to PROVIDENCE Chapel: Pause on your way to the bethel of praise, Reflect as you worship the Ancient of Days. On this, so gloriously bright April morn, Violets and primroses hedges adorn. Inside the chapel, the flowers so arranged Depict God's glory, which never does change. Each season gives us some joy to behold, Nature gives warmth and it sometimes gives cold. Come then to worship, to pray and to sing. Each one say 'thank you' for joys of the Spring.
